By signing up for the ON ICE Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the ON ICE Affiliate Program, you must:

• Submit a completed application through our website.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid website, social media platform, or other channel to promote ON ICE products.

ON ICE reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote ON ICE products. You agree to:

• Only use the provided affiliate link for promotion.
• Accurately represent ON ICE products.
• Avoid deceptive, false, or misleading promotional tactics.
• Comply with advertising guidelines, including any applicable FTC disclosures.

You may promote ON ICE via your website, social media accounts, email marketing (with permission), or other legal means.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on the net sales generated through their affiliate links. The commission rate may be subject to change at any time, with notice provided to affiliates.

Commission Payment:

• Commissions are paid monthly.
• A minimum threshold of £0 must be met before payment is issued.
• If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next month.

4. Cookie Duration

ON ICE affiliates benefit from a cookie duration of 15 days, meaning that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 15 days, you will receive a commission on that sale.

5. Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to:

• Promote ON ICE products on websites that contain explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Claim affiliation with ON ICE beyond the scope of this agreement.

6. Termination

ON ICE reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without prior notice if:

• You violate any of these terms.
• Your account remains inactive for 3 months.
• You engage in fraudulent activity or misuse the program.

In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

7. Changes to the Program

ON ICE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to these terms via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ON ICE branding, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting ON ICE products through the affiliate program. All intellectual property remains the sole property of ON ICE Ltd.

9. Liability

ON ICE will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred in connection with the affiliate program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold ON ICE harmless from any legal claims arising from their participation in the program.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
